How do we measure our performance?

Analysis, interpretation and action are some of the key elements we use to improve our business performance. At BSharpe we constantly review our statistics to optimise our selection methodologies. This allows us to focus on delivering a tailor made service, provided in a time scale, defined by the client.

Our performance is measured both:

  • Internally, as part of an ongoing operational enhancement programme
  • Externally by our clients.

As a general rule, most of our clients measure our output using a similar scale, i.e. basic ratios, presentation formats, time delivery periods, etc.

We use a database provided by Absolution Software. This is the latest cutting edge of technology and is designed specifically with the recruitment sector in mind. On a weekly basis we are provided with data that enables us to gain a good insight into the effectiveness of our recruiting methods.

Ratios:

These enable us to establish, in time terms, how cost effective our service is to our clients. All new ratios form the new minimum standard set. The ratios are:

  • Assessment day to first interview ratios
  • First interview to second interview ratios
  • Second interview to offer ratios
  • Offer to acceptance ratios
  • Cross referencing ratios to any of the above

Any anomalies, extreme deviations, or low conversion rates, are analysed and a new recruitment strategy is adopted, as a result. Suffice to say that we model on pre-established and proven strategies that do work.
